About the Sega Mark III
The Mark III is similar to the Mark II (SG-1000 II), with improved video hardware and more RAM. It has a Hold button for pause the games. This consolle is the third revision of the SG-1000. It was released to compete with the Nintendo Famicom (know as NES or Nintendo Entertainment System in Europe and America. The Mark III was redesigned externally and released as Sega Master System in other markets. Internally was the same.
