About the Didaktik Gama
All Didaktik Gama use the original Ferranti ULA, Z80A and russian memory I/O's. The 80KB RAM consisted in 16Kb of base memory (like the 16Kb ZX-Spectrum) with another 32Kb (like the 48Kb ZX-Spectrum) but instead of one bank of 32Kb they has two switchable 32Kb banks.
